Interest vs hide it

There are things and studios I have listed as favorite, 2 up arrows. There are things I do not like, 2 down arrows. Is it possible for whatever algorith is used to check down arrows first then up arrows? If a studio I like has a type of video published I have listed as 2 down arrows, I'd rather it be hidden.
