No 4k Download on 3 hour HARD action " Barbie Whore "

I haven't had any issues with purchasing scenes before but Full - length 3 hour HARD action " Barbie Whore " and her secret life was advertised as having 4k available.
There is no option for the 4k download, can I please be refunded my 30 tkts for this scene:

This is weird as I see the 4K version on this video. Not sure what went wrong.
