No 1080p download for GIO2469

Hello.
I just bought the GIO2469 (featuring Cristina Starr) scene but it shows no option to download its full video in 1080p resolution, even though the trailer has that same resolution available. Could you please take a look into it?
There's a screenshot below in order to better illustrate my point.

Hello. It's been a couple of months now, but the aforementioned scene (GIO2469) still has no download option in 1080p. Any news from the Giorgio studio or the tech team, please? Thanks and kind regards.

Giorgio has stopped producing new contect and has already begun deleting all of his old content here.
And YOU complain about of "no 1080p download for GIO2469" ???

We have sent it to Giorgio, he needs to reupload the version.
