Exceeded download limit - Tiptobase69 Studio

I am subscribed for 1 month full access membership of Tiptobase69. However, after downloading 3 videos it says "You have exceeded your download limit".
I was not told when I subscribed to the service that only 3 videos can be downloaded, it shows “full access membership”. If you can only download 3 videos, it does not meet the claim of full access at all. The remaining quota is not displayed when downloading videos. How is it different from scams? We have not be mentioned this before the purchase the plan.
I haven't encountered this before, and there was no notice of restrictions or download limit before purchasing, so I will appreciate if support team can provide some available actions. Many thanks.

It has long been clear that there is no point in subscribing to any subscription other than pornworld here. Then why do it ?!

As a new user I wouldn't have realized this was happening and I shouldn't expect bad service. And as a systematic video supplier, these incidents should never happen.
Seeing as NRX-Studios will show 6 downloads per month in the subscription service, other studios should also make this important information mandatory. Unlimited downloads should be expected for studios that don't mention download quotas and claim this is a full access plan. Otherwise, this is a kind of rip-off.

Hi, it didn't show up when I subscribed, but it shows up now because I asked him(Tiptobase69) directly about hiding key factors from customers.
Luckily, I captured the plan description when I subscribed, and it made no mention of download limits.
As I mentioned before, I'm a new user, signed up less than 1 month ago, I wouldn't think of being scammed.

The screenshot is not from the information of Tiptobase69.
It looks more like a standard 30day membership.
The price is 24.99, not 29.95 and his other options are more expensive.
I am not sure where exactly you have made the screenshot from, but it is not the studios page.
The information about downloads is present before you make the purchase, as is shown on the screenshot I have provided earlier.
You can still stream all the videos that are marked "full access" though.

Well, this is confusing, let's say your screen description is type A and my screen description is type B. Why would the subscription service have two different text descriptions? This is misleading and could cause unnecessary disputes.
Isn't it the website's responsibility to ensure the data is clear and accurate? Customers have to move their mouse to the question mark in order to see a text description, and the content was not provided again during payment. Do we have to open different pages at the same time to ensure that the data is correct?
I did not purchase the subscription directly on the studio page, but in the add ticket section of my profile. There should be a slider scrolling down that shows multiple options for service plans, including studio subscriptions, which is where I purchased the plan.
I visited the studio page to double check, and there was no information about download limit shown in the description before payment. Even though the download limit is now displayed, it doesn't change the fact that key details were missing previously. If he had provided the download limit in the description as well, he would have also shown me the same screenshots in our direct messages one week ago to rebut me, instead of staying silent.

There are multiple types of subscription on pornbox.com
Tiptopbase69 studio does not have the option to purchase their membership in the "add tkt" field.
Only directly in their studio page and the information about the download limit is there and was there when you made the purchase.
Do you wish to get a refund of this purchase? That is the least I can do and hopefully we will come to an understanding.

Refund was performed.
The Returned amount should be displayed in your bank statement in several days (This depends on your bank, however it usually takes up to 3 work days).
