Dupe videos... and is Box Support chat still active?

Hi Box Support,

Is the Box Support chat still active, been messaging there for a couple of weeks with no response.

I'll recap real quick... I follow Lucy Mendez in my feed and buy as you release scenes, but these last three are exact duplicates of scenes I already have (in fact everything from AnalTeens studio is a dupe). Can you remove / refund these scenes? Why are they appearing in my feed as new scenes, they were released by another studio only a couple months ago??

Also seeing serious quality issues from LVT studios (and they're pricey scenes too) - super grainy, bad contrast... these 2 are particularly unwatchable, people / hair starts to blend into the furniture. Can these also be removed / refunded?

Tickets for the scenes have been refunded to your account.
The studio you have purchased the same videos from is a substudio of the original one and they are using this sales practice.
