Hello. The store shows that the new scene of the GIO2557 wet version has 4K. I bought this video, but the maximum available quality is 1080. It doesn't work for me. Remove this scene from my library and return my tickets please.

As many have written here lately, this is a significant problem. Already in many scenes, one of the video formats is missing. In yesterday's dry scene with Eva Barbie, 4K is also missing, although the store says it is.
As far as I remember, a few years ago there was a similar problem. Then her decision dragged on for several months. I hope this time it will not be so, and you will finally solve these problems as soon as possible.
I also want to draw your attention to the fact that many photosets began to be downloaded at an unacceptably low speed.
