Credit card charged, but no TKT from Pornbox

Hello, I bought 120 TKT on timestamp 8/16/2023 00:06 for -€73.27.
This amount was charged to my credit card, but the TKT were not credited at prombox.

I can send you a screenshot per E-Mail if necessary, but I will not post it in the forum.
I got an E-Mail from Pornbox.com, that the TKT were credited, but there were not credited.
What's wrong here ??? Every day another problem and always are the customers affected.
