I am a new member who only became a member this week. On the first day of after becoming member, while I was browsing the store, I accidentally clicked to purchase "All Magnificent Lynx" scenes. However, it did not give me a prompt to confirm purchase and was immediately charged EUR52.42. I would like a refund and remove these scenes from my library. I have not streamed nor downloaded any of the said scenes. I sent message in support chat and email but did not receive any response.
