Video Missing

Hi, as already reported by some other user in the past, I noticed that in your Black in White subsite, the scene with Violet Star (BIW029) is missing, since I'm slowly unlocking them all, and that would have been the next one, but since it's missing I can't do it, you have any idea why it was removed or is missing?

i've seen that the link now send to another video, so at least is something, but still no the video im looking for, any other news please??

As you are spending some money with this studio, you should be able to chat with them via the chat function, if I am correct?

You might ask them directly, if they plan to release the scene or what happened.

Unfortunatly im unable to chat with them, it say: You must be a studio customer to chat with Black in White, but im, i mean i use tkt to purchase some scene so should i be a customer, im clueless, are you sure you cant doing nothing about it? like contancting them or so
