Not able to post replies on forum due to maintenance always?

Hello, I am never able to post replies onto discussions. I always get this error of maintenance. I know it's not true because I get this at all hours of the day, every single day. What's going on? I tried to email the listed but I don't believe it exists

Looks like I am able to reply but the messages I'm trying to post don't have any words that are bad. This is happening in the Models category
