Charged twice for porn world subscription

I was charged twice trying to sign up for a porn world subscription. It might've been my fault because it was loading and i assumed it did not work so i refreshed the page and tried to purchase again and it charged me twice. i sent an email and messaged support on Sunday 7/2. I got an email that said my message was received and being reviewed but no follow up since then.

Interesting. On 2 July I did a 120-ticket reload on the 90-day ticket plan and my credit card was incorrectly double-charged. I didn’t do anything odd in the browser when ordering. The site has been silent for two days to my private support inquiries.
So it sounds like a serious flaw in the site’s billing system, compounded by a lack of prompt customer service. If the silence continues much longer, I’ll be forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. This website is remarkable in many ways, but this week’s events are awful so far.

Yeah I might also do the same with my credit card. It's been almost a week now. I just don't want to have to go through the bs with my bank. But I want my 25$.

I’m happily compensated, so no issue other than to wonder if a double charge will occur again in future.
