Account expired - subscription was billed correctly

Hello,

I noticed that my subscription expired at the beginning of the month and I get the notice that I should renew my subscription. In my Paypal account the correct amount was charged at the beginning of the month for the 90 days subscription. Can you please check if something went wrong?

Hi,

Please send me a confirmation of the payment (screenshot from the PayPal would be best) to support@pornbox.com.

Also if you can find the Purchase ID from SegPay, that would help as well.

Thanks for your message. I sent you the informations. SegPay sent me a cancellation confirmation today, though I didn‘t cancel anything and it was billed successfully from them.
