Defective Brandy Talore video

I just purchased the Bangbros video "Fantasy Fulfilled by f****ng Brandy Talore", but now when I try to play it, it simply reads 'Video file not found'

All the download options just lead to a dead page.

I would appreciate if the video could be fixed, or my purchase refunded.
