Hello Support,

I recently received feedback from a forum user who reported being unable to access the thread on our studio sub-forum. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

To provide some context, our studio sub-forum was created by your team and is currently set to restricted access.

As it stands, only I can see it when I log in, while other forum users cannot view it. Moreover, users are unable to access any threads posted in the sub-forum.

To provide a clearer picture of the problem, here are the relevant links:

Studio Sub-Forum Link: viewforum.php?f=262

Thread Link within the Studio Sub-Forum: viewtopic.php?f=262&t=64424

When users click on the thread link, the following error message is displayed:

I kindly request that you make our studio sub-forum visible to all forum visitors and enable them to post and reply to threads within it.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi,

I am not sure what is wrong. I can see your sub-forum created, but it is still not posted.

I have forwarded the problem to our techs to check what is exactly wrong and why your studio is not posted yet.

Thanks!

It's only visible to me when visit the forum as a logged in user. Otherwise the sub-forum doesn't appear in the studio forum list.

Given that money and viewers are at stake, it is obvious that this kind of studio disappointment is neither wise nor tolerable.
I believed that the management was accountable for doing everything in their power to support each studio, assisting the platform in earning its cut.

It has been more than a month to address a critical survival issue, but nothing has been done.

Could we kindly assist this studio, which is obviously trying to improve both the platform and itself?

Thanks for your support visigoth2020260.

But I think I've reached the point where it feels like I'm wasting my time trying to get this platform to work for us.

The system here isn't set up or resourced to provide any significant or responsive support.

c'mon, are we really going to support our affiliates in this way?

This is a young studio that requires immediate assistance with a problem that was never supposed to exist.
All studio forums must be open to all audiences right away.
We get that you guys have a lot on your plates, but waiting in line for a long time when the problem may probably be resolved by pressing the enable viewers to read and post option.

Is it necessary for me to ask the other members to ask you to help XGlamourX with this straightforward issue?
Kapwn we count on you.

Hi,

I am doing what I can, believe me. Reporting this issue almost constantly, but seems like the issue is more complicated.

However... I have managed to find a solution, your XGlamourX subforum should now be visible!
