I have been a "lifetime" member since PornBox was DDF. Although I do not use this site very often for the PornBox content anymore and have not for a while, I was intrigued by the more hardcore stuff available for purchase.

I recently purchased 250 TKTs for $219. I purchased one scene yesterday (June 9th), "Scarlet Domingo Vs. Dylan Brown," for 4 TKTs, and had 246 TKTs remaining. I figured that they would last for a long time! I had not even purchased ANY of the scenes on my "Wishlist"...

Because this site is evidently rife with hackers and has lackluster IT security, I now wake up on June 10th and see that only 2.25 TKTs are remaining, the remainder having been spent by someone else in fraudulent transactions. Going through my account history:

Let's hope the hacker stole these for his personal use only, and not to post elsewhere! You would think that it would be in your own business interest to make sure that an account like mine is not being "piggybacked" on by others... (For the record, the only legit traffic on my account would come from my IP address in IL, United States, so if you're seeing traffic from Europe, Latin America, or elsewhere, that's a problem.)

Other than disputing the charge with my bank, which I may have to do, are you prepared to do anything at all to rectify this situation?

Any response? Part of the issue is that my account is around 10 years old (or older), and may have been compromised some time ago. The "sbcglobal" email address on file is also one that I no longer have access to. What I think would be reasonable is for you to PM me a way to reset my password using my current email address (which I will provide in the PM), using Google to create a strong new password to hopefully evade further malicious activity on this site, and then (once the account is secure) to refund the 246 TKTs remaining as a longtime customer courtesy. I would be happy to provide any additional documentation requested in a PM. Otherwise, I will have to dispute the charge with my bank on the grounds that this site is not a secure place for such transactions, but I'm giving your team the ability to make this right first.

u dont have access to ur own email?

With a normal company with normal customer support, it is not uncommon to have multi-step verification, a means to change the email address on file, perhaps a dedicated phone number to call when issues arise, none of which appear to exist with this vendor after several days of attempted outreach (both on this forum and elsewhere). Very well. I will have no choice but to dispute the charge through my bank since no action has been forthcoming, other than for you to completely lock my account, ensuring that I have no access, without giving me proper recourse to regain access.

Send and email to support@pornbox.com with your current email and describe the situation please.

You should be refunded and you account will be moved to your new, secured email.
