Like others have stated, purchasing tickets through PayPal 3 days ago and still no tickets in my account. Please advise and resolve asap. Has anyone filed a case via PayPal and got a response?

No why should we? We contacted the support. There is an Issue between Segpay and them. There will be a solution.
