Purchased Tickets not in my account

I recently purchased a package of tickets on my account on June 2nd, and 3 days later the tickets have still not appeared in my account. Is there anyone that knows what I should do about this?

Hello,

There is a slight problem with SegPay right now.

Ours and theirs technicians are taking a look and hopefully this will be solved soon.
