Account hacked

Hello, it seems like my account has been hacked, somebody got access to it.
I was never sharing my password with somebody and my password was unique for this site. I've changed my password (fully random generated) as soon as understood that somebody is purchasing content using my linked credit card. Also card was unlinked too.
But then I still receiving email that somebody is trying to purchase something. When I'm visiting website almost every time I logged out. I think it happens when somebody using my account on other machine. Also I still see videos in watch history that I didn't visited. So bad guy somehow still able to use my account even after changed password. I've changed password again, but not sure that this will help.
It looks like somebody who has admin access to your system doing this, or you have serious security issue.

Definitely it's serious security issue on your side. Looks like somebody is using admin access to authenticate under customers accounts. May be you fired somebody recently and forgot to revoke access?
Do something with this, otherwise I don't see any reasons to be a customer one this site and pay for content, that fully available on torrents.

Agree about 2-factor authentication.

In this case, if somebody were misusing admin access, they wouldn't benefit from drawing attention to themselves by fraudulently "purchasing" scenes on a customer's account. And they could use stolen ID and credit card details more creatively to get money for themselves, rather than just watching porn.

Possibly whatever device the OP is using to access this site is compromised?
