Defective Video (Avery Jane)

Avery's 26-minute "Cumslut" video abruptly ends around 19 minutes. I was promptly refunded for the purchase, but I've messaged Support twice since then to see if the video--which is for sale--has been fixed. I've received no reply.

Hello I have the same problem with the defective video w/Avery Jane can the video be restored or else I would like my tokens back!?!

No it has not. Our manager contacted the studio last time, but I will ask again.
