Why am I getting video file not found on both new and purchased videos?

I've been having this issue for a week almost. I had to download the desktop app to watch any content. Thumbnails not loading, now videos aren't working, I'm wondering if this site is losing support.

I am not getting this kind of error?

Could you send a screenshot of the scene and this error please?

Same issues here. This started about a week ago and has gotten progressively worse. The issues are:

1. Thumbnails no longer appear on the Store screen or Library screen. This happens using Safari, Firefox or Chrome.
2. Videos no longer play for previews or purchased content on the Store side, nor do they play for content purchased currently located in my Library. I get a Video File Not Found error message.
3. I can no longer download purchased content. I get the following when I attempt to download content: “Error: (Internal Server Error) We were unable to satisfy your request due to an internal error: General Lua error.”

These are the same messages I am getting. Since Thursday of last week

Having the exact same problems with Opera.

Pornbox Desktop has the same issue as browsers.

our tech team need URL of some image that does not load, could you guys please provide that?

And if somebody can post screenshot of Google Chrome -> Developer Tools Panel -> "Console" Tab with errors. This could be done with both on the main page and the video page.

I just accessed the site via VPN using a server located in Prague. Everything worked just as it should; thumbnails loaded, videos displayed and was able to download. I am located in the US so possibly therein lies the problem.

It should be fixed, but in the other thread, people still had problems.

Are thumbnails loading for you guys? Lets start with this issue.

As of May 21st the thumbnails were loading.

Everything appears to be working as normal. Thanks to all for the support.
