I've tried support@pornbox.com with no response for about 5 days now. Also tried the inbox for the Box Support yesterday and still no response. Is this site just processing payments without responding to its members needs or concerns?

I could contact with them in 22th april but i have no answer since 24th april (last message). Is something to be worried.

^Thanks for letting me know. I will definitely put a hold on future spending until we get some answers about what is happening. Whatever the issue is, it doesn't stop pornbox.com from adding more studios daily to this their site. This is not great news, since pornbox/AnalVids remain the only umbrella site providing many daily releases for our multiple penetration scenes for us to purchase. I'm just going to have to cancel the credit card they have on file so I no longer get charged until they fix their issues and become more responsive to ours.

I have the same problem since two weeks. No support, no answer.
It is not possible to cancel memberships.

As you i have several doubts of what is happening here.

I currently stopped supporting the site and spending money here since some days ago.

My membership gone week ago and i don't have any thing attached to their plataforms (cards or similars).

I'dont care if are good or bad news but we deserve some explanation about what kind of changes are happening here and the lack of moderation and the communication of the support staff is, at leat, worrying.

Even the RPSN and PAF studios posts and threads are also something to be worried.

P.D: @Dpconnoisseur1. About your credit card, you simply should cancel the recurring charge of your membership(cancel the membership) and go to gtfcharge.com and delete your saved credit card of this site.

When someone does a payment (for whatever thing: tkt, membership or a scene) they save here your credit card data, basically is linked to be used by you and don't put again your card info, is something that other famious places does (amaz on, etc..).

MtQ1T - recurring now cancelled. You can do so yourself by clicking on the recurring date of your membership at pornbox.com

Still the support's chat of PB without texting? I sent a little suggestion for one thing and i asked for a little problem with gifs uploaded in your PB account.
