Dear Support, I have sent you a message on the Pornbox Support chat function. However, I know from other posters that it is often quicker to post support issues here and for it to be resolved.

Can I ask, is anyone else having any payment issues?

I have called my bank many times, and they say there is no problem on their end. They say it is actually this site itself which is apparently blocking my payments (or not allowing it to go through). Please could Support advise on this?

I have a similar problem. Five days ago, I received a couple of emails informing me that my membership had been automatically cancelled on its renewal date because of a ‘payment issue’. I didn’t find any indication of any issue on my side of things, so I contacted support.

This was five days ago. I still haven’t heard anything from support.

I have no idea what is going on, but this is not looking good.

From my experiences, after constantly trying again and again, and calling the bank several times for clarification - it eventually worked after a very long time.

It was something to do with LPAV/Pornbox's payment system not being as up to date as what the banks/cards were using.

Please guys, do keep us up to date of the situation. Any credit/financial issues with my account were always eventually resolved...

Hi, I have checked your account and couldnt really see why the payment was declined.

I have cancelled your membership manually. You can now purchase a new one.

You do not lose anything in the process. Your scenes are still yours and your tickets as well.

Ok, so I looked into buying a new membership: the price is first announced in dollars, and then converted in euros on the payment page, and that’s before VAT. All told, I’m looking at a 30% price increase compared to what I was paying.

What is going on? Did something go wrong somewhere, or is that price hike intentional?

Is your Pornbox set to Euros or Dollars?

Could you try from a browser that was not used for payment yet as it might remember Euros being used? That is the only explanation I can think of.

VAT is added and if you are using PayPal, there is a price inflation as well as they are charging extra for the transactions.

Pornbox is set up in euros, everything else is in euros too. And I don’t use paypal.

I’m ok with a reasonable price increase, but I have to say that 30% is a no-go.

I'm also having card keep declined and cannot purchase tickets. There is no issue with my card anywhere else and I'm not going to pay the Paypal prices. Please can you resolve my issue. Thank you.

Hi,

I have spoken to SegPay and they confirmed that there is some issue with Strong Authentication.
I sent your case to our technicians as well to check what exactly is stopping you from making the transactions.

The payment system is now working more effectively and efficiently than in the past...as a result, LPAV/PornBox should see their overall revenue increase.
For a long time, just basic payments and top-ups were far too long, time-consuming, and difficult for customers.
Glad to see that it is now back on the right path, this forum thread should stay open for any other customers who are having any issues. Good luck ! xxx
