I have repeatedly purchased scenes; tickets are deducted yet the scene is within a few minutes deleted from the store and my library. It has started to happen to often to ignore.
This just happened with the following scene:
"New 18 years old Brazilian beauty, Meyzi BLACK fucked by big black cock (anal, teen (18+), BBC, newbie, ATM) OB129"
Would you please ensure it appears in my library or the points returned?

I hope the site fixes this problem as soon as possible. I have sent a message to the sheer support more than a hour ago but I have not yet hear from them.

It happens with Mambo Perv, PAF, Latin Teens and Erika Korti that I have seen. And not sometimes, but with almost each release. It eventually comes back, but often many hours later.
Don't like to be a conspiracy theorist, but I'm beginning to think this is by design.

As if on queue, today's Erika Korti scene has also disappeared...

If this is really the case then the system is not fair to all of us. I have been loosing money in the 95% of my releases in February. This is really frustrating and heart breaking to hear ...

To clarify: I don't know if it is the case. I just notice this stuff happening with several specific studios a lot lately. PAF made a similar post as you did Oscar, when their scene from yesterday or the day before also was released, then disappeared and eventually reappeared again.

Specifically: if you load the page upon release, you can watch the trailer and buy the scene, even if in the meantime it has disappeared from the storefront. For today I was able to watch your trailer Oscar, as well as the one for Erika. But after reloading they were both gone.

This should be definetely the reason of the drop of my sales. I have realized that today because someone text me about this. I will have to take it up the site management, it has been more than 2 hours and this scene still offline. Something is definetly not right here

I want to believe there are several problems in the PB system, 23 of February this issue happened too for the July sun scene of XFREAKXX studio and with the Lady Ana scene of Glab studio, after 2 hour of their release were able to purchase it and only the trailers were available in the AV front page.

As you Yummy, i read some more times that this happened to PAF and Oscar, maybe is something relationed with the servers of PB, each day they release a hundreds of scenes and something simply goes wrong.

I understand the complains of PAF and Oscar, i've been thinking how important are the first hours of a release, how many people check the AV front page to noticed about there are some scenes that there aren't in PB interface? how many of them only check PB and if they don't see the scene, that should be there, later they don't check past releases?

Sadly Oscar, the support staff is usually missing during the weekend, is something that some of us have been complaining and asking for some solutions because a site like this need support 24/7.

IDK, but maybe on the release date they are quick to load the advertising trailers, and also quick to process sales, but behind the scenes maybe not so quick to make the full video files available on the download/streaming servers?

It's no excuse, but they do seem to be releasing ever-increasing amounts of content every day and may be struggling to keep up?

Not sure who might benefit from it being a "conspiracy"? Perhaps the biggest-selling studios might get some priority?

IDK what percentage of total sales for a new scene are likely in the first few hours after release?

The scene is still missing. Anyone looking in to this?

My post was at 1am, the scenes were going off few minutes after release for couple of hours then gets re-instated. You probably checked after it was re-instated.

I mean the scene went offiline few minutes after the release. Stayed offline couple of hours then gets re-instated again. This was happening to most of my scenes prior this last complain.

Our today's release has the same issue again. This is a Friday release

Hi pb support, it came into my attention our today's released dissapeared again. It has been that we have been reporting this but the issue still persist. The first day is the most important day and re-occuring issues like this does not help at all. The same video is blocked on Xvideos as well.
