Unhappy with quality of a video

I purchased a video based on the screenshots that looked like they were high quality from a video.
I bought it, and downloaded it, and the quality is nothing like the photos, really poor quality video.
can I speak with someone about the issue please?

Half of it is her talking to the camera, and the other half is blurry closeup.
There is nobody licking anything
15 tickets is way too much, it's low quality, and you cant really tell from the screenshots
otherwise I would not have bought it.
