Account compromised

Yesterday, I remarked that my account was compromised, somebody purchased scenes.. I contacted the support more than 30 hours ago, but got no answer so far. This is just very amateurish, because also my credit card credentials could have been affected. As a longstanding member (1530 scenes) I expect a swift resolution, the ignorance of the support reflects the decay of a once great place.

The site was not hacked, so that means it was compromised because you fucked up and someone got your password. Maybe you clicked a link , or a phising email, or you just have too easy of a password. Who knows

Point being, this is on YOU. Whining like a baby and blaming the site is ridiculous.

Man up. Change your password, file chargebacks on your credit card, cancel it, and so on and so forth. Just like what real adults do.

I just expect the support to answer my report. That's all. And btw, filing chargebacks on a credit card can get you blacklisted, so you can't purchase adult content anymore. I wish you, however, a wonderful start into the fresh year.

Hi, I just sent you an email. I reported the issue on the chat in pornbox before, as it was the only way to reach out to support (all the links for support lead to the chat). The five scenes disappeared from my account in the meantime, and the tokens were refunded. Yet nobody every answered to my chat.
