this has been an issue for years now and IT won't fix this problem. My network connection is fully working but downloading on pornbox almost always (I guess 8 of 10 tries) ends up at the end of a file download with connection lost/download error. I want my money back!

I'm having the same issue. Impossible to download - getting constant 'network failed' disconnection messages. Not having issues with any other websites - just this one.

Ay this moment I'm unable to download any video from my collection, be it 4K or 1080p.

i cannot download anything even my purchased videos.

i have 1.2 gb internet with wired connection and get superfast downloads on other sites, however PORNBOX IS BROKEN?

was ok 10 days ago.

I haven't been able to download anything from my library.

There's something wrong with the servers. Since we pay good money to purchase these scenes, the seller needs to fix the problem and explain to its customers what's going on.

Same here. The site isn't allowing downloads. My connection is fine. I have done all of the usual resetting of the modem and clearing browsing history/cookies. The site is currently unable to stream a full video at web level-a scene gets to about 10 minutes and goes back to the beginning of the clip. Something needs to fixed because I can download fine from other sites with no glitches in playback. I started noticing the problem on Saturday Dec. 30.

What is totally unacceptable is SUPPORT has not even explained or acknowledged this issue.

we should all ask for refunds on purchased videos, perhaps?

Since my last post, I did get a few clips to download without issue though I couldn't watch the clip while it's downloading. The player is not able to stream a HD video though it will play at web resolution(well at least the clip I have going right now hasn't given up after 15 minutes which is better than it was doing yesterday). The player stops playing at HD resolution after 5 minutes and goes back to the beginning of the clip at web resolution. 2 days ago everything worked fine. When the player gives up while watching a bought video, the screen gives a message that the HTML5 video clip can't be found. Something must be wrong with the codec or the server because my connection can play 5 YouTube clips simultaneously at 1080.Hopefully something gets resolved sooner rather than later.

Something is not working as it should.. This night the trailers didn't work, some of you have troubles with the downloads and the forum has several loading problems, i have since 4 days at least slow loadings of the forum, even bad gateway problems.

Please Kapwn, i hope the IT crew solve this soon.

i have the same issue: i cannot download even my purchased videos. I've been trying different vpns(firefox, edge, internet exploreer) and broswers but none seems working. without vpn i cannot even access this forum to report issue, for god sake.

im quite frustrated, last month i was still able to download, with limited speed and a few interruptions though.

is Pornbox going out of business? this issue will eliminate all your paying customers. pls deal with it immediately.

pls review my account and download attempt history to resolve this issue with your tech team.

This situation is really infuriating. Those of us who purchase scenes (I buy over $200 worth every month) do so because we have the option of downloading them. They're getting our money and we're being deprived of the product AND they're not even acknowledging there's a problem or giving us an estimated time for it to be fixed.

Until they resolve this issue, I strongly suggest no one purchase scenes or tickets. Maybe then we'll get their attention.

Any update on this? I cannot download anything I purchased. Any acknowledgement or update would be appreciated.

+1. I was unable to download a newly purchased video yesterday or stream anything. I was able to download 2 videos today but both files are corrupted. Requesting a refund and cancellation of subscription.

Still not even an acknowledgement? I have never seen something get just ignored this bad on here and I have been a member for years... Maybe we need to tweet about it? I'm not sure where to go from here but there has to be some sort of at least acknowledgement and update on it being worked on or something.

You can try to stream it at Web resolution and the player will stop by the 10 minute mark at the longest. The resolution doesn't matter. If you play the clip through a couple times as it changes resolution, the entire stream will stop with a message "html5 video not encoded" and bunch of letters and numbers underneath. I know little about computers, but from what I have read the last couple days it seems like the video codec or the server has been massively corrupted. Earlier today, I couldn't even get the forum to come up. I have gotten a few videos to download, but you have to try it a couple of times and make sure the download never stops, otherwise, the download will be corrupted. The speed of the download jumps all over the place from being at 110 GB/S to 0. I have a 600 GB/S internet hookup, so not super fast, but not super slow. I can play multiple videos simultaneously on YouTube at 1080 with zero glitches. Granted Google's servers are going to be far more robust than what PB is using, but it shouldn't be much of a problem to stream one bought scene on the PB feed. The lack of any response about what is happening isn't helping matters. Hopefully this will pass sooner rather than later, but I won't be buying any scenes until the problem has been resolved

No chance, all downloads break off or are defective.

This performens issue has been going on for three days now.
Pornbox has always been a slow website but this is unacceptable.

I have only been able to barely get two scenes downloaded only after trying repeatedly for the last 4 days. Currently streaming is Not working and downloads are unobtainable. Still no update from support.

firefox suggests my connection lost and to reconnect to Pornbox.com all the time. is the website facing some server issue as well? im using vpn and trying to access from china.

by the way, i have no problem streaming youtube.

Ah, I'm not the only one. I have the same problems. Impossible to download anything for many days now. It's still not solved.

I recommend anyone to stop buying anything until they solved this, because you cannot see your content to begin with. Is there any official statement?

I've been a member since 2016 and I've spent a lot of money on this site. I understand that problems arise. However, PB's business is providing their scenes for online streaming, and downloading. The site hasn't been fully functional for days and buyers are not getting their product. THEY HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS TO INFORM US OF THE PROBLEM, ITS STATUS AND WHEN WE CAN EXPECT A FIX.

It's that simple.

Still not perfect... But I have been able to download a few scenes with much improved performance this morning from the US. I still have not seen any official word from support here or otherwise.

Davebowman, that would be acceptable for small businesses like a hair salon or similars.. not for a big international porn site like AV is, where each day a lot of people around the world invest money, have system problems with their cards, tokens, refunds, whatever.

Is something that i complained before in some threads in a constructive way. The AV forum, is happening for a long time, they usually during the weekends is when they offer a low assistance for any problem but this time looks different being in holidays period.

First at all, each employee diserves enjoy their holidays but a minimum of the AV staff should cover the minimum service each day of the year, is something that the big businesses does, you can't leave the clients without cover them, that why they rotate the staff, including in these holiday days, is a mandatory.

As i said in the first paragraph, AV needs improve this things, people each day spend money here and must be attended as soon as possible.

I was hoping the site was back working again, as it looked like I'd managed to download a 12.8 GB file over the past couple of hours - unforunately when I went to watch it the video froze and crashed halfway through, so I guess we're not quite there yet...

OK - things seem to be currently working OK at my end finally - good luck to everyone else!
