Missing sound

I just bought the latest Private scene with Zlata Shine.
I'm not very happy, there's only music and after a while no sound at all.
No mention anywhere of this, so I wasted 8.5 tickets.
I would like my 8.5 tickets re-imbursed, so I can pick another scene.
