hello
I created a new account to have access to my library from my old hacked account.
I have changed the password of my hacked account, I have access to my old library but I cannot play the videos. if anyone could help me thanks.

I still haven't received my videos from my old account I'm starting to worry Is this normal?

Your goods were moved to another account you have provided in the emails.
