Help! Accidentally bought a full library with a misclick!

I have a serious problem. On October 25th I was browsing the site and looked at the cost of a video starring Luana Honey. I'm not sure how it happened, but apparently, I accidentally clicked on a "buy all" button or something, because I learned I had been charged $213 and now I have a library full of her scenes which I do not want. I don't know if anyone can check this, but I have neither watched nor downloaded any of her movies since this mistake. I want to know how I can undo this and get a refund, otherwise I won't be able to resubscribe to the main site! Please help!!

You might want to try contacting Support directly from within Pornbox, using the link at the bottom of any Pornbox page. You'll like get a response faster than here I think.

(I do think purchases like that should have a confirmation screen for what it's worth, as you're not the first person to do something like this.)

I did that as well, thank you. I did not see a confirmation screen. Is that an option I need to turn on or something? I didn't even realize I bought it until I check my bank account. I get they probably won't response right now cause its the weekend, but hoping this can get resolved on Monday.

That just happened to me. Mine was $153. I am surprised that there is no confirmation page for the purchase. Not a good thing to keep customers happy.

Luana Honey is hot. There are worse things you can do with your 200 bucks. Man up and take responsibility instead of whining to us about how broke you are.

I'm thrilled for you that you can spend $200 by accident and not worry about it, but for many that's far from an insignificant sum and requesting a refund is not 'whining'.
