Still charged despite cancelling recurring payment

I cancelled my recurring charge to my card and received acknowledgement. However I have still been charged £20.53 this month, and not even received any tickets. Please either refund this £20.53 or at least give me a months tickets.

Your recurring is, indeed, cancelled. This purchase you are talking about is for a non-recurring payment of 20 tickets, which were already used minutes after the purchase.

You can check your subscription information by clicking on the expiration date of your membership at Pornbox.com in the dropdown menu. Top right corner when you click on your username. It is possible to cancel your recurring there as well.
