Ive tried support for days but the support page when logged in doesnt work. My account has been hacked for the 5th or 6th time ive lost track. I had tokens left on my account and when i logged in a few days ago i suddenly have 0.3 tokens left. Im using a secure computer and noone has access to my account than me, i see that it happens to alot of people on the forums here so the leak is probably on server end? Either way, i would like my tokens returned as i havent bought the last few scenes purchased on my account.

You could try using the Pornbox Support messaging system if e-mails are a problem for some reason.

I have sent you a message on the chat application.
The problem with that is, that if somebody has access to it, they have access to the chat as well.
I will give you another email address there that you can use.

The problem with the chat application, is that it doesnt work. Just like the support section, it just wont open. Ive tried using different browsers but the support and chat function never works. Im getting a little bit tired of trying to fix this problem, at this point i just want to transfer my account and be done with it.

Chat works for hundreds of others, so I am afraid that it must be some settings on your end.

Could you try from a different internet access point for example? Have you tried that?

Pornbox works for you, correct?
