When I try to download the trailer I get this error.

You could try contacting Support via Pornbox if you haven't already.

Is this for all scenes or just this one? Can you download the actual scene so that it's only an issue with the trailer? The trailer is almost certainly on Xvideos (owned by same company any Pornbox) if you really want it now for some reason.

It's for all sienes. Even scenes who I have downloaded before.

I thought it was just an issue for you for one scene from your first post but checking I see I get the same error, trying a couple of different scenes, and for all resolution options.

I'll be honest I have no interest in downloading trailers but hopefully @Kapwn will be around at some point to investigate.

The issue is not fixed. Right now i can´t download any trailer, since new scenes until already purchased scenes. I personally like the trailers, used to save all of my purchased scenes, so this issue is very annoying. Can you review and definetly fix the problem asap, please?
