Misleading Jennanoelle Studio Subscription

Postby thornegareth34 » Mon Sep 05, 2022 11:47 pm

I signed up for a Jennanoelle studio subscription on 18th August. When I signed up the studio had 24 scenes, all of which were included in the subscription. Another scene was added after I had joined and was also part of the studio subscription, but this is irrelevant to the point.

Less than halfway through the membership videos started to be removed from the subscription. While I accept that studios need sometimes to remove the odd video from a subscription and don't have an arguement with this, this is an especially egregious example, as 2/3rds of the scenes have now been removed and only 8 are left as part of the subscription. Moreover these videos have not been removed from the studio, just from the subscription, and are purchasable. Removing 2/3rds of the initially included videos, without any notice of the removal, comparatively soon after I joined is very poor and seems almost deceptive.

There is no explicit notification that scenes that are part of the subscription, when signing up, may be removed at any point during the subscription without notice and so I feel I have been misled into purchasing something that I would not have purchased in its current form. Additionally one of the still included videos is defective ('Ballerina Blowjob on fat cock' is listed as 35.27, but cuts out at 22.17).

It feels very much that I have been sold something that the studio had no intention of delivering, and there needs to be a degree of restitution. If this 'bait and switch' practice is permissible then this can only be an invitation to dishonesty and potentially fraud. If this had happened with a couple of the scenes I would have been irritated, but not really bothered about it, removing 16 out of 24 though feels like the studio are making a mockery of your customers.
