My Membership tkt Problem

I made a total of three payments on July 29, August 3, and August 7 with a 60-day 75tkt plan.
However, I only received 75tkt at the time of payment and I haven't received 75tkt three times on the remaining 30 days.
Still, the remaining tkt of my membership is 21.87 tkt.
What happened? Why can't I get the remaining tkt?

You have purchased a Reload of Tickets. That is not a membership that would give you monthly tickets, it is just a non-recurring purchase of tickets.
