I've had a problem for awhile now but support has not reached out to me for months.

I was suppose to have more videos in my box sub before it expired. I was stuck at Feb 18 for almost two weeks and it never moved passed that date for some reason even though I was suppose to be getting like two previous videos per day. I should have had videos up to Jan 2022.

This must be what it feels like to be a battered housewife going back to your abusive husband....

My sub ended sept 1 yet i'm missing 3 days worth of videos.

Hello, I will try to explain one more time.

You have purchased the BangBros BOX subscription on 2022-04-18.

Unlocking all the scenes for 30 days prior to this date - 2022-03-18.

The membership goes on for a month, unlocking scenes until 30 days prior to that date - 2022-02-18.

Then you membership ends on 2022-05-18

And two days later you have repurchased the subscription - 2022-05-20. So the progress of the scene unblocking is reset. You will start from 2022-04-20 and go day by day for every single day of the subscription active.

I meant for my current now cancelled sub. I ordered on August 2nd yet only received videos up to August 28

You have been awarded scenes up until September 1st, when your membership ended.

On the screenshot, you can see a scene from August 29th being added in your library.

so is there a reason I don't get the scenes up until Sept 1 or 2?

Yes, there are no scenes released in that time period.

The releases were August 29th and then September 3rd.
