				Tickets dissappearing

				My tickets are being used by someone else overnight. I had close to 50 tickets yesterday and today they are all used. The last 8 purchases were not made by me. I now have no tickets left.
This happens every time I purchase tickets. If this keeps happening, there's no point in purchasing tickets.
I also have 2 factor authentication setup so I don't see how anyone else could login as me.

				Hi,
I had a similar problem some years ago.
They will take care of it and sort it out.

				I also had this happen the other night. Looks like it happened on the same day as OP.

Some tickets have been refunded, there was, indeed, a foregin access.
Please use the following site to recover your password : 
https://pornbox.com/reset-password You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.

				Can I get my account unlocked please? I would rather not make a new email account at this time. I have also verified that my email is not compromised and 2 factor authentication is setup properly. I also changed my email password just for the hell of it as well.

				Just today, there were attempts to login from Sweden, Canada, United States, Netherlands, Germany and Brazil.
Either you are using a VPN or somebody is still trying.

				I don't see a way that I can change my username myself. Can we try that first please? You can choose the username and send me the new one by email?

 I have also had tickets disappear,  
 I buy a block of tickets, and the next morning, there are less than 3 tickets left,
also there are dozens of charges on my debit card from 
POS DEBIT GTFCHARGE NOVE MSTO Misc. debit	-$10.95	
different amounts -  why would I buy a block of tickets AND buy movies one at a time often one after the other etc.

				I have made new account but the tickets and purchases are not transfered to the new account
