Tokens stolen

I bought 75 tokens 2 days ago, about 50 are gone. I tried contacting support to no response so far. I also need to know if I'm subscribed to Pornworld too. Thanks

In the last 2 days there were purchases for ~21 tickets.
You do not have a pornworld membership on the account linked to this forum account.
You can check your subscription information by clicking on the expiration date of your membership at Pornbox.com in the dropdown menu. It is possible to cancel your recurring there as well.

The problem is that I didn't download the last few scenes, somebody got into my account and downloaded them, I looked in "History" and at least the last scene I didn't download it myself, I'm thinking my account is hacked. I contacted support and never got any replies, I would like to change my password. Thanks

Please use the following site to recover your password :
https://pornbox.com/reset-password You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.

I'm sorry to bother you again but I didn't receive any email, I just checked my inbox, my spam, my trash , social, and promotions and there is nothing anywhere, could you please send it one more time?
One last question....I checked on Pornworld on the link and I still have access until 2022-08-08, correct?

My account is blocked again..... I just sent another email to your support service... I have no access to any of my purchases too. I keep getting emails asking me to change my password and after I change it it works for a day or so and then the problem starts again and I have to change my password again....

Yes, I have blocked it manually. Also I have sent you 2 emails now. Replied to one of your support messages as well.

The exact thing happens to my account all the time now and I have 2 factor authentication setup so no one else can be logging in to my account. The last 8 purchases using tickets were not made by me. It's getting very annoying to the point I don't see the bother to pay anymore...
