About a month ago I contacted support as I realised a scene had disappeared from my library, which was refunded. I had suspected scenes had been disappearing for a while but had not been certain. Ever since then I intended to check the number of scenes in my library periodically, but hadn't gotten around to it until yesterday. Since yesterday 2 scenes have definitely disappeared from my library, I have not removed any scenes and the disappearances are not accounted for by the ending of any subscriptions. Unfortunately while I know they have gone I don't know which scenes they are. I would appreciate finding out what is going on and I would also like to know which scenes have gone and if possible for them to be returned to my library or refunded.
Just FYI in case it helps, the figures and timings to show the scenes have disappeared for no apparent reason.
At lunchtime 7/6: 4543 scenes in library
At 2200 on 7/6: 4542 scenes in library
At 2230 after Yoya Grey subscription ended (-14 scenes): 4528 scenes
At 2300 after new subscription scenes added (+26 scenes): 4554 scenes
At 0100 on 8/6 after buying new scenes (+23 scenes): 4577 scenes in library and this was the figure when I checked at 0730 this morning.
However on checking again this afternoon the figure has again fallen to 4576
As can be clearly seen this leaves 2 scenes that have disappeared and I would appreciate an explanation. Moreover I am now more certain than ever this has happened before and I would like to know what has disappeared previously that I have missed. It is entirely possible that these 2 scenes can be accounted for by a couple of subscription scenes being removed from their subscription, which is perfectly understandable, but I would like to know.
As a separate issue related to the previous occasion when I had to contact you about a removed scene and take steps to get it refunded myself, it seems strange that when a paid for scene is removed there is no notification and no automatic refund?
