High quality images missing from zip file

Viewing the image gallery online shows that the image set is mostly screen caps, but there are also high quality images from the photoshoot. However, when downloading the .zip file, only the screencaps are included.
There have been a lot of technical issues lately. Between this and the Baby Kxtten scene being incomplete, I experienced technical issues on 100% of the scenes I purchased yesterday.
