Dear Support, I have written to the PB Support twice but with no reply.

I thought I should try out here as I heard that kapwn is very efficient and customer-focused.

My recurring payment has recently failed. Please let me know, is it an issue with my card so that I need to contact my bank?
I have had lots of issues recently with payment failures on this site.
