What a shallow, vague, awful and shady way of business you run up here. Good thing I didn't renew my subscription given the fact that all you care about is cash and when help is needed you just ignore any requests if they are not within your interests.
I might've lost some tkt but you guys lost a customer. See who ends up loosing the most here.
You can mark this conversation as complete.
PS Hopefully this won't impact your incredible and audacious way of conducting business in the long run. Oh, forgot you've already took a significant hit when it comes to tkt prices. Sure you, masterminds, have something in store when that time comes and people's pockets scarce.
HAHAHA, the arrogancy of this JACKASS is second to none.
First he politely begs for a refund and saying he is "not sure" about the refund rules and then he gets an answer from a mod and this jackass goes totally berserk by then showing his true colors. Gotta love those self-centered pricks.
-"Shallow, vague, awful" what about topic starter's business practices as a customer? The fucking audacity to even request a refund because the topic starter had buyers remorse after months/years since buying those scenes seeing how they are that old (2018-2020). WTF.
-Topic starter didn't renew his subscription? Good. They don't need "customers" like that who request refunds of stuff they bought months/years ago. Get lost forever if you are a man of your word:
viewtopic.php?f=68&t=22688-Every business only thinks about cash and REASONABLE customer service. Be fair. If topic starter had a business (whatever business), for example a clothing company, and there are customers who bought a couple of t-shirts or jeans for the summer and then they somehow not managed to use all of them as they are not "appealing" any longer, how would topic starter feel if they came back to his store (after a couple of weeks/months/years) and ask for a full refund LOL. How is that fair ffs? Of course topic starter would too ignore their request as it is suicide for his company if people would be allowed to permanently ask for requests of goods they bought but didn't (want to) use for whatever reason. Or is the topic starter the type of person who would go to the store and do this after a couple of months/years?!
-As to the PS, well, yea, that's what the topic starter is really mad about huh. It becomes too expensive for the topic starter and that's why topic starter begs for tokens of those old-ass scenes he bought LOL. This fucker probably found those scenes on file share/torrent sites and now doesn't want to have them any longer, supposedly because they are not appealing to him any longer LOL. As others said, why buy them in the first place?! Why does topic starter not simply get a better job? Then he will not need to act so embarrassing. Because let's be honost, it's fucking embarrassing, shallow, vague, awful etc.
BTW: People being pushy about partial refunds after a price decrease:
viewtopic.php?f=68&t=41359 Well, realize that you basically can't be expecting a refund either. If you go to the grocery store or clothing/book store or whatever and they have a sale after one or more days after you purchased something then you can't go demanding a paryial refund either. Business owners are not obliged to tell their customers to wait buying something because they will have a sale in X day/days/weeks/months.
