Scenes are not refundable. Once you make a purchase, it is final.

Not sure what the rules for refunds are but I haven't had the opportunity to watch them as they are not appealing let alone download.


Strange request. You bought them, but haven’t watched them as they do not look good. Why buy them in the first place? As DAP mentions they tend to give a long enough trailer with screenshots of the whole scene to aid the customer in deciding whether or not to purchase their product. What made you buy the scene despite all of this data? What made you change your mind considering you haven’t even looked at the scenes? Seems like a very impulsive buy without doing any form of
exploration beforehand.

How long has it been since you bought them?

I could understand some immediately refund between some hours or 1-2 days as limit(some exception would be if an account was hacked or similar), i'm pretty sure that some people were refunded but was something immediately, i can remeber a particular case like buy a dry/wet version in the past or something similar but was something inmediately and something that admins can check, basically a little mistake that a lot of us, including me, maked and was solved.

If you bought these scene somes months ago... sorry but i understand in part why they cant refund these TKTs. PB had some "bugs" about control of downloaded or watched scenes.. maybe they cant verify 100% the situation, in fact, when you pay an scene, the studios get the money... They should refund a few purchases on the past?

How many scenes can have a lot of users here that didnt watch or download yet? What would happening if a lot of them just ask for a refund of a lot of scenes? I know in your case are only 6 but i get why they cant.

What a shallow, vague, awful and shady way of business you run up here. Good thing I didn't renew my subscription given the fact that all you care about is cash and when help is needed you just ignore any requests if they are not within your interests.

If topic starter had a business (whatever business), for example a clothing company, and there are customers who bought a couple of t-shirts or jeans for the summer and then they somehow not managed to use all of them as they are not "appealing" any longer, how would topic starter feel if they came back to his store (after a couple of weeks/months/years) and ask for a full refund LOL. How is that fair ffs? Of course topic starter would too ignore their request as it is suicide for his company if people would be allowed to permanently ask for requests of goods they bought but didn't (want to) use for whatever reason. If you go to the grocery store or clothing/book store or whatever and they have a sale after one or more days after you purchased something then you can't go demanding a paryial refund either. Business owners are not obliged to tell their customers to wait buying something because they will have a sale in X day/days/weeks/months.

Sorry about the shallow answer. I will try to explain a little bit more.

If there is a good enough reason for the refund, we can do a refund in tickets.
But the reason should not be "I don't like the scene".

That is why you can choose the videos one by one. To build your ideal library of your favorite videos.
