I'm using both VISA and MASTERCARD as CC, and the relative banks are BCC and ING Groep N.V.
After years of using your services via these payment methods, I'm now experiencing issues utilizing them to buy credits or studio monthly subscriptions!
Here's the message I received:

Status of transaction:
DECLINED
by bank

Could you explain to me what the problem is?

I'm seeing similar. Glad to know it's not just me. Seems to be happening locally, as I'm not seeing any payment declined by my bank.

Is there any feedback on this? I'm having a similar issue, but it's not even getting to my bank.

Kapwn should help us with this issue, but evidently, he doesn't care about us!
Probably they're earning so much money that they can lose subscribers in this way.

We are looking into this issue.

I had this happen like A year ago too with my Mastercard. Started using revolut for my LP purchases after that.

This is what we have received : "Account Number Does Not Match Payment Type, The payment type was selected as one card type (e.g. Visa), but the card number indicates a different card type (e.g. Mastercard)."

I presume there's a bug in your payment processor because I'm utilizing the same cards on [spam], Fansly, and I don't have any problems!

You should be able to pay now.

I'm experiencing this issue again since yesterday, when I'm trying to pay with my Visa card.
I'll prompted to the support after pressing the payment button on the processing page.

Anyone else have this issue currently?

The issue still exists. Support has been slow in responding. Can someone please take a look? I don't understand how my card can be charged successfully to start membership, but now I can't use it to buy any new scenes. This has been going on almost a month now, and it's very frustrating.

Haven't been able to complete a purchase for over a week at this point

I wonder if Visa's updated "strong customer authentication" is somehow involved in this.

I am using VISA .
I also tried to reload some mintutes on a PPM site and it´s also declining ( says my card is invalid ) . Maybe it´s an issue with VISA in general or the paysites and websites are doing some strange modifications . I have enough money on my card though .

I have sent a message to Support and am awaiting their response.

Anyway, will have to wait and see.
I am always very positive at the efficiency and helpfulness of the Support Team on here.

Lots of scenes that I really want to buy and watch!

I had the same problem the last year when i tried to pay the membership and buy TKTs. Kapwn said it was something about 3D purchase, something like a new security system on online pruchases, later alena-vdonsk activated the "thing" for some of us, for me at it works perfectly since then.

Maybe some of you have the same problem? in my case it wasnt something with my bank or card, it was an option disabled for some users

Successful bcuz I switched to Paypal ...
And it seems this is costing me more

I did it one time and today I wnat to refill my tix , but I don´t want to do the same thing again .
And if yes I will have to reduce the numbers of scenes I buy ....

I hope I can go back to my credit card with the old price .
