Charged twice for Piss/No Piss scene

Hello - I recently purchased GL468 Taylor Dark, piss version, and didn't see the usual option to also download the non-piss version for free. I checked the non-piss version, which indicated that I could purchase for zero tickets. When I did so, tickets were still deducted from my account for the second (non-piss) video. Can the tickets for the non-piss version please be refunded to my account?

Hello,

According to our system you were charged only for the wet content.
The charge was for 5 tickets, which would be correct for the wet scene.
