Afraid to make any purchases here, the last several have not had 4K or even 1080P options for download.

I do not want to buy something that is less than what I'm trying to pay for and you don't get to find out until afterwards that it doesn't work.

Support has ignored all of the emails that I have sent and all of the people that have posted with the same issue here.

LP should at least put in the scene description that it's going to be 720p

Why is there a support forum if there is 0 support?

If the scene does not have 4K badge on it, it will not be available in 4K.

For the 1080p version missing, there are some technical difficulties that we have encountered and we are fixing it. The scenes should be available in full resolution soon.

They should be I assume. Maybe the 4K was not finished uploading if that is a new scene.
Although we had some technical issues that might've made some errors.
