I am very frustrated I paid allot of money for tickets and the files take forever to download. they are all currupted so i have to download twice or three times please respond immedidtaly.

i dont have issue with any other porn site, only PORNBOX.

Please put me on the correct Server or do something to fix this problem.
I have very fast and reliable internet service.

In Chrome you should be able to "resume" download if it fails along the way.

It does not matter which Browser I use.

I run Firefox, Safari and Chrome on my MAC. very fast an dreliable internet.

I have only encountered this issue this badly in the last 2 days after buying 120 tickets an dtrying to download 20files.

I GOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS OTHERS HAVE POSTED AND YOU REPLIED YOU ARE WAITING FOR DEVELOPERS.

DOWNLOAD EITHER FAILS OR IF NOT IS CURRUPT. ALSO THE DOWNLOAD SPEED DROPS TO AS LOW AS UNDER 1MB AND AT THAT POINT I KNOW THIS FILE WILL BE CURRUPT. IT CAN TAKES 2, 3 OR 4 TIMES TO DOWNLOAD FILE.

I have tried multiple of these videos and all of them downloaded without problems.

Please make sure the download finishes, on Google Chrome you can press resume if the download fails and it will resume from the point it failed.

still having the exact same problem.
Btw, resume downloading is also a feature in safari, but still the files are corrupted after a complete download. Same problem with firefox. I will give chrome a try now...

Let me clarify.
Although I have had a few issues sometimes with downloads, yesterday and day before was terrible.
80% OF FILES CURRUPTED. AS I EXPLAINED I TRIED CHROMe which allows resume, so does Firefox.

As you can see from this thread many people are having the same problem as me.

What is going on?

I have not asked for a refund, but just a solution please. Is there something wrong with Server communication?
Is everyone affected or just some users?
When will it be fixed.

Users have reported that this issue is fixed - can you confirm?

It's been a consistent problem for months. Just because downloads occasionally start working on the first try does not mean it's been fixed.

The download "completes" according to the browser. The downloaded file paradoxically ends up a few hundred mb LARGER than the listed file size, and then when you play it, at a certain point (usually about 3/4 through the video), the progress bar keeps moving, but the video freezes.

It doesn't seem to be related to bandwidth, because redownloading the video immediately works, and usually downloads in 1/4 the time. The first try will spend 30 minutes trying to download a 5 gb scene, then after it "completes" and I confirm that the file is corrupt, I delete it, and redownload the video. The second try usually takes around 4-5 minutes. During this entire time, I experience no interruptions whatsoever on any other streaming service, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with my network either.

It becomes a significant issue when ISPs have data caps and charge fees for going over, and every file needs to be downloaded at least twice. It adds up quick.

I suspect that you're unable to replicate the issues internally because you're so close to the source. Try enlisting help from people to test the downloads halfway across the world.

I guess you're right, sometimes still not working. This is ridiculous, we spend so much money here. Get this thing fixed!!!!!

Yes actually it is still a major issue.

This is a premium priced site and unacceptable download performance. It went bad from October 2020. Before then there were issues sometimes, but mostly ok.

FIRST 2 ARE CURRUPT. 3RD TIME HOPE FOR LUCK.

still not fixed. This is bullshit!!!

last 2 days speed is 1-5MB.

Every other porn site is 25-55MB.

PORNBOX IS BROKEN

I have a 1GBPS internet service (meaning I can and do download files at 100MB/s from the internet)
Yet for some reason on this site my average download speed per file is 2MB/s. It has been this way for 6+ months
WTAF is going on?
