GIO840 4k download corrupt file

hello, sir or madam. your 4k video download from GIO840 has clearly been corrupt and cannot be played. you may check the link yourself. I've tried 3 times but still the file is corrupt at 35:20 minutes.

Could you refund me or just fix the issue? Pls give me a reply at the very least. This is my second inquiry on this issue. Thanks.

YES, the download finished completely. I have no trouble with any other videos except this one. I tried a fourth time last time.

im happy to discover the cause of the issue after i repurchased the video and tried it with Internet Explorer.

I tried firefox and microsoft edge but the video always ends up corrupt and unplayable.

but Internet explorer on Win10 works ok.

im just happy to report this to you guys for troubleshoot.
