Help! Scenes I didn’t purchase in my library tkt gone

I do not know how this keeps happening but you guys just refunded me for some scenes that did not work and somehow 4 scenes I did not purchase are in my library & my tkt is gone! Please take those Unwatched scenes away so I can purchase the scenes I want & I may need to change my password again

I did not purchase these 4 scenes I don’t know how this happened unless I was hacked nobody else had my password

Please help I don’t know how this happened pornbox just refunded me the tokens then they were gone before I could use them
