Ticket counter flipping to 0.0

My ticked counter flipped from 186 token to 0.0 token. I got asked to buy again tickets when I have noticed they are gone. I had previously opened another tab to check my counter. And also bought 250 tickets right before. They couldn't be spend so fast after calculating what I have bought.
