reactivation of membership

hello,
i dont know why the recurring payment didnt work. i went to my account and clicked reactivate.
but no tickets were reloaded so far yet for the monthly membership with old conditions.
let me know or write me a pm or email.

same happened 2 years ago already. no fault on my side. money is on the card.
you were able to fix it last time so i wait for the credit card charge

ticket reload with card works.
now can you make the membership work again?
added another card for security reasons.

i contacted support to restore my old conditions because my contract never were canceled, problems with credit card can always happen, i did never cancel my membership.
with the email, i dont see pm function anymore and my current email ends with 22 gmail.
